Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, I request you provide 24 hours notice when possible. Unexpected things come up and flexibility and understanding is important. For clients who continuously cancel or no show, Rachael has a right to charge for no-shows or late cancels.

Why pay out of pocket?

By paying out of pocket, you can be assured the highest degree of privacy, flexibility, and control over your mental health services. When paying out of pocket, your records are exempt from audits made by insurance companies that will allow our work together to be truly private. Rachael will work collaboratively with you to determine session frequency, and support you in taking full control of your focus in therapy.

Do you accept insurance?

Rachael is in network with a variety of insurance providers. Health insurance plans and benefits vary and you can call your insurance provider to see if Rachael is in network, associated copays, and covered services. Benefits can be verified before your first session as long as the appropriate intake information is completed within 48 hours prior to your first session. Required documentation can be completed through a provided link to a client portal.
